1. Welding technology
① Overlap width of weld bead: 80-100mm; The natural folds in the plane and vertical planes are: 5%~8%; Reserved expansion and contraction amount: 3%~5%; Residual amount of leftover materials: 2%~5%.
② The working temperature of hot melt welding is 280-300 ℃; Travel speed 2-3m/min; The welding form is double pass.
③ The repair method for damaged parts includes cutting materials with the same specifications, hot melt bonding, and sealing with polyethylene adhesive.
④ There is no imitation fabric connection at the weld bead, and mechanical stitching is used.
⑤ The sealing of the underwater pipe mouth is sealed with GB rubber sealing strips, metal wrapping, and anti-corrosion treatment.
2. Laying Technology
① The laying and unfolding direction of composite geomembrane shall be carried out from E to W or from W to E, and each laying length, including the height of the retaining walls on both sides, shall be completed at once.
② The laying sequence is to advance from the channel axis to both sides of S and N.
③ The construction process involves first creating a mortar protective layer (20-30mm) of composite geomembrane at the bottom of the lake, and then pasting it onto the vertical water retaining wall.
④ The bonding process of composite geomembrane and retaining wall. Apply the adhesive to the bonding surface between the composite geomembrane and the retaining wall, dry and let stand for about 5 minutes, then apply, squeeze, and flatten. The adhesive is made by mixing asphalt latex coating, cement, and water. After pasting, anchor with a drill nail above the water level line and perform waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment.
