Products Description
Due to its engineered, expandable and durable high-density polyethylene honeycomb structure supported by highly chemical and water resistant features, the Cellular Confinement System provides excellent protection for challenging slopes against erosion while ensuring time stabilization of slopes at all times. In addition to slope protection, the semi-rigid surface cellular confinement system provides significant load support for roads and yards, considerably reducing embankment thickness. Furthermore, it also serves as an excellent channel protection system, protecting channel shipments under severe erosion and continuous flow conditions, confines the desired fill, and resists downward migration of material due to hydraulic flows. It is widely used for grounding protection, load support and channel protection.

Retaining Walls
Cellular Confinement Systems have been used to improve the performance of paved and unpaved roads by reinforcing the soil at the subgrade-base interface or within the base layer. The geocell's effective load distribution creates a strong, rigid 3D cellular mattress that can reduce vertical differential settlement in soft subgrades, improves shear strength, and increases load-bearing capacity while reducing the amount of aggregate material necessary to extend the useful life of roads.
Slope Protection
Geocell slope protection systems may be designed with a variety of infill materials to meet project requirements for aesthetics, stability, environmental impact, material availability, and erosion control. The system also provides protection to impervious liners.

Road Support
Geocell load support system is a highly effective, economical solution to the road, parking, and yard surface problems that result from subgrade material failure or surface or base material instability. Under concentrated or distributed loads, the 3D cellular structure confines infill material and controls the shearing, lateral and vertical movement of the infill material.
Channel Lining
Constructing GEOCELL drainage and diversion channels is a fast-to-deploy and economical means to create stormwater conveyance across tailings on mine sites. GEOCELL-confined aggregate channels can reduce rock size 10X, and make beneficial use of the mine's on-site aggregate resources. With concrete infill, GEOCELL channels offer flexible, hard-armor protection, stability and resistance to higher velocity and continuous flows.
