WELDY WGW300 geomembrane welding machine
The WGW 300 hot-wedge welding machine from Weldy brand, welds thermoplastic geomembranes made of HDPE (0.8 to 2.5 mm), LDPE, TPO, FPO, PVC* (0.8 to 3.0 mm), etc. effortlessly and reliably. The geomembranes are typically used in landfills and mines, as well as for aquaculture, fish farms, irrigation systems, etc. and are permanently welded together. The WGW 300 has been deliberately designed to be simple and robust. The electrical controls are intelligently arranged.
Heating and motor can be turned on and off directly with the controls, which enables fast, safe and intuitive operation. By means of a temperature sensor placed in the middle of the wedge, the welding temperature can be precisely controlled at any time during overlap welding. The WGW 300 automatic welder is equipped with a powerful and durable motor. Its strong drive rollers ensure a secure grip when reliably welding membranes on inclines that are almost vertical. Thanks to the large rollers, this Weldy hot-wedge welding machine achieves high-quality welds on both even and uneven surfaces. Application
Geomembrane Welding Machine Precautions
1) For correct operation, please carefully read this instruction.
2) Use with grounded 3-cords mains cable and socket (socket with 10A capacity. On the corresponding welder, phase L connected to live wire, N to zero line, phase =to grounded protection line), plug will not be modified without prior permission.
3) For good welding quality, please assign specified personnel for operation.
4) Pressure roller will not engage on free running.
5) Do not operate when it is exposed to water to prevent inferior quality.
6) The machine has been regulated before leaving factory. Please do not adjust it at will.
7) Circuit board in control box is live with electricity, do not remove it without prior notice to authorized personnel.
8) Preheat for 30 minutes before start up if machine has been long unused or exposed to moisture.
9) Modifications may be made for continuous improvement, without prior notice.
