Geomembrane Welding Machine Tips
Pressure Roller Selection:
Membranes below 1.0 mm: Silica pressure roller is recommended for welding membranes with a thickness below 1.0 mm. This material provides the necessary pressure without damaging the thinner membrane.
Membranes above 1.0 mm: Steel pressure roller is recommended for welding membranes with a thickness above 1.0 mm. The increased strength of steel is necessary to apply sufficient pressure for thicker membranes.
Hot Wedge Selection:
PVC Membranes: For PVC membranes, the machine can weld thicknesses ranging from 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm. You can choose to assemble it with a steel hot wedge for optimal welding performance.
