1. Material properties
Polymer type: The tensile strength (usually 20-40 MPa), creep resistance and weather resistance of HDPE (high-density polyethylene) or PP (polypropylene) directly affect the long-term load-bearing performance.
Thickness and weld strength: The thickness of the cell sheet (0.8-1.5 mm) and the peel strength of the weld (≥30 N/cm) determine the integrity of the structure.
